Module 7 – Your AI Productivity Playbook
Overview
By now, you’ve collected prompts and workflows for email, meetings, documents, planning, and routines. This final module helps you pull everything together into a single, simple AI Productivity Playbook that you can keep updating over time.
What you’ll learn
- How to map your personal “AI stack”.
- Which tasks to always offload to AI – and which to keep.
- How to build a one-page AI Productivity Playbook document.
1. Map your AI stack
You are my systems assistant. I will describe how I currently use AI
for my work (email, meetings, documents, planning, routines).
Please:
1) Summarise my current AI workflows.
2) Suggest which tasks I should always try to offload to AI.
3) Suggest which tasks I should avoid offloading (or only use AI as a checker).
4) Recommend 3 improvements to make my system more consistent.
Here is how I currently use AI:

2. Create a one-page playbook
You are my documentation assistant. I will paste my favourite AI prompts
and notes from this course.
Please create a one-page “AI Productivity Playbook” that includes:
- My top 5 prompts (clearly labelled by use case)
- A short checklist for my daily routine
- A short checklist for my weekly review
- 3 rules I should remember when using AI
Here are my prompts and notes:

3. Real-life examples of what to include
- Email: your two best “draft reply” and “summarise thread” prompts.
- Meetings: your favourite “notes to minutes” prompt.
- Documents: your go-to “idea to outline” prompt.
- Planning: daily and weekly planning prompts.
- Routines: weekly review and quarterly reset prompts.
4. Mini exercises
- Paste your current prompts and notes into the one-page playbook prompt.
- Review the generated playbook and edit it so it feels natural and realistic for you.
- Save the playbook as a PDF, print it, or pin it somewhere easy to reach.
5. Advanced techniques
- Versioning: update your playbook monthly and save versions (v1, v2, etc.).
- Team sharing: adapt your playbook into a version your team can use.
- Cross-tool use: copy the same prompts into multiple AI tools you use.
Next steps
Treat this course as a starting point, not an endpoint. As AI tools evolve and you discover new patterns that work for you, keep refining your prompts and workflows.
The most successful people are those who keep experimenting, keep improving their systems, and keep asking: “How can I make this easier with AI?”
Today’s action
- Create your first one-page AI Productivity Playbook.
- Decide when you will review and update it (e.g. the first Friday of each month).
- Celebrate the fact that you now have a complete, personalised AI productivity system.
